Hasta Samudrika is the traditional Indian practice of interpreting the hand within the wider Samudrika tradition of reading bodily signs. VedIQ Palm focuses only on the hands: visible lines, mounts, finger and thumb proportions, palm shape, texture and markings. We present it as a framework for personal reflection, not scientific fact or a fixed prediction.
Palmistry is an interpretive tradition, not a science, and we won't claim otherwise. What we can promise is that the reading is genuinely about your hands: the first stage records measurable features from your photographs, and every chapter of the report cites the observations behind it. If your photos aren't clear enough to read properly, we tell you and ask for better ones rather than writing around the gap.
Bright, indirect daylight — facing a window is ideal. Hold your hand flat and open, fill most of the frame, and keep the camera roughly 20cm away. Avoid direct sun, which throws glare across the palm, and avoid overhead lights, which flatten the lines. We check both photos before your report is generated.
In palmistry the non-dominant hand is read as the pattern you were born with and the dominant hand as what you've developed. Reading only one loses that contrast, which is often the most interesting part of a reading — and the report has a section devoted to it.
