How accurate is this?
Palmistry is an interpretive tradition, not a science, and we won't claim otherwise. What we can promise is that the reading is genuinely about your hands: the first stage records measurable features from your photographs, and every chapter of the report cites the observations behind it. If your photos aren't clear enough to read properly, we tell you and ask for better ones rather than writing around the gap.
What makes a good photo?
Bright, indirect daylight — facing a window is ideal. Hold your hand flat and open, fill most of the frame, and keep the camera roughly 20cm away. Avoid direct sun, which throws glare across the palm, and avoid overhead lights, which flatten the lines. We check both photos before your report is generated.
Why do you need both hands?
In palmistry the non-dominant hand is read as the pattern you were born with and the dominant hand as what you've developed. Reading only one loses that contrast, which is often the most interesting part of a reading — and the report has a section devoted to it.
How long does it take?
Usually under a minute from payment to a finished PDF. Your report is emailed to you and saved to your account, so you can download it again any time.
What happens to my photographs?
They're stored privately and are never made public or used for anything besides generating your report. You can delete them, and your whole account, from your dashboard whenever you want.
Can I get a refund?
If we cannot produce your report, you're refunded automatically — you don't have to ask. If your photographs aren't clear enough, we tell you before generating anything and you can re-upload or walk away at no cost. Once a report has been generated the sale is final, which we tell you on the checkout screen before you pay. If something is genuinely wrong with the file, we regenerate it free.
Is this medical or financial advice?
No, and it must not be used as either. The health chapter describes energy and constitution as read from your hands — never a diagnosis. The wealth chapter describes your disposition toward money, never what to invest in. For anything consequential, speak to a qualified professional.
